Order Changes & Cancellation Policy

Change requests

Email us as soon as possible if an address, item, or quantity is incorrect. We cannot guarantee a change after an order enters fulfillment.

Cancellation requests

We will attempt to cancel an order that has not begun fulfillment. Once packed, transferred to a carrier, or otherwise committed for shipment, the order may need to follow the return process instead.

Seller cancellations

We may cancel an order because of stock shortages, pricing errors, payment risk, shipping restrictions, suspected abuse, or legal requirements. Any captured payment for canceled goods will be refunded.

Address responsibility

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Carrier rerouting, reshipment, or return-to-sender costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged where permitted.
