Product care

Follow all product instructions, warnings, charging guidance, cleaning directions, and intended-use limits. Stop using a product if it appears damaged or unsafe.

Limited defect coverage

Unless a product page states a longer period, contact us within 30 days of delivery about a suspected manufacturing defect. Proof of purchase and clear photographs or video may be required.

Exclusions

Coverage does not include ordinary wear, cosmetic variation, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, neglect, loss, or damage caused by incompatible accessories or power sources.

Available remedies

After assessment, we may offer troubleshooting, replacement parts, replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
