Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, fraud review, or inventory verification.

Shipping charges

For destinations offered at checkout, orders from $0.00 through $44.99 USD are charged $5.99 USD under “Fast shipping.” Orders of $45.00 USD or more qualify for “Free shipping.” Available destinations and final charges appear at checkout.

Estimated transit

Transit time depends on destination, carrier capacity, customs, weather, and local delivery conditions. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking is provided when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate delivery address and monitoring carrier updates.

Customs and import charges

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels
